Kemptville District Hospital values transparency and accountability. For this reason, in conjunction with hospitals across Ontario, we have made public the contracts of our current executive team.

Pandemic Contingency Plan

Quality Improvement Plan (QIP)
KDH is pleased to share our 2012-2013 Quality Improvement Plan (QIP). Our QIP is made up of five parts:

We have an Integrated Quality Management Structure here at KDH with some eight Quality Teams (including three Patient Care Team, three Support Services, one financial management and one Leadership and Partnership). Leadership & Partnership Team, as one of their in-year quality initiatives, developed and implemented an action plan to involve all Quality Teams and their members (from front line staff, medical staff, senior management and Board members) in the development of this coming year's QIP's. This plan reflects QIs and target set on an organizational level.
