Dr. Chris Kirby completed his M.D., Family Medicine Residency, and Family Medicine Enhanced Skills – Anesthesia Residency at the University of Ottawa.

Before Medicine, Dr. Kirby earned an Honours B.Sc. from McMaster University and an M.Sc. from the University of Ottawa; both degrees were in Biology. Dr. Kirby received several awards for academic achievement including an invitation to the Golden Key International Honour Society.
Dr. Kirby’s extensive volunteer work, which began during his grad student days, includes three sojourns as a medical volunteer at the Shekhinah Medical Clinic in Tamale, Ghana.
