Carolyn Chisholm is a government relations and public policy expert who currently serves as Principal Advisor to the Vice President of Rio Tinto Canada.

Previously she provided her expertise to the independent government relations firm, Global Public Affairs, for 14 years, including as Vice President of Policy and Outreach, and Senior Advisor to the Natural Resources and Environment Group. Prior to that, she served in both the federal and provincial governments as a Senior Policy Advisor. In addition to her government relations expertise, Ms. Chisholm brings to the KDH Board experience with the not-for-profit and health sectors gained in both paid and volunteer capacities. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, and a Master’s in Public Administration. Ms. Chisholm joined the Board in June, 2015. She and her family are residents of Kemptville.
