Erin is a Partner at Crestview Strategy with over fifteen years of experience in public affairs, government relations, and strategic communications at the highest levels of Canadian politics and the public and private sectors. She leads integrated mandates across Canada, providing clients with expert counsel on strategic communications, stakeholder engagement, regulatory issues, and campaign management. 

Erin’s career includes serving as Director of Strategic Communications to Prime Minister Stephen Harper, where she managed federal communications, policy rollouts, and coordinated cross-departmental teams. She has also advised Cabinet Ministers, Crown corporations, and multinational organizations on complex legislative and reputational challenges.

Previously, Erin led national campaign operations and global advocacy initiatives at Health Standards Organization and Accreditation Canada, collaborating with diverse stakeholders in over 30 countries. She holds Honours degrees in Political Studies and History from Trent University, a Post-Graduate Certificate in Public Relations from Humber College, and certifications in strategic communications and change management. Erin is Board Chair of Kemptville District Hospital and is known for delivering proactive, strategic counsel to advance client priorities.
